Born in Jamaica, WI I grew up around music through the sound system culture. Watching sounds like Bodyguard, Spinners Choice and others battle it out musically, gave me an instant attraction to DJ’ing and music in general. Personally, I started out DJ’ing when I was 16; this is after migrating to the U.S. My music of choice was interestingly enough not reggae or dancehall like with the sound system culture, but club music “nowadays-deep house” and Hip Hop. Growing up in the 90’s and watching movies like Juice made me gravitate to these genres and help me to find an appreciation for the DJ that I never had before. Now a day’s my goal as a DJ is simple, to push myself beyond what I did yesterday or yester-year. I started out with just two turntables and a, mixer years ago and now I have midi controllers, iPad controllers, turntables, cd decks, and DAW’s. While I do not plan to add, too much more I do plan to engineer some new unique ways to DJ. I love all music and particularly the process that goes into making them. With that being said, I am inspired by the no name DJ/Producers, those guys/gals without all the money that rub two stick together to make a fire. I live on SoundCloud and I love exploring all the different remixes, and original works people come up with, so I listen to a lot of track on there. Before recently, I have just DJ’ed, anywhere and anytime at clubs, bars, venues, internet feeds, and recorded media “mainly mix tapes”. Of late, you can find me most days in my studio exploring sound design, remixing and production. Over the last year I have remixed and few tracks and dabbled with some original production in the electronic dance genre. In the future, I would really like to do some more collaboration with other musician and DJ’s. I would especially like to set up a jam session/show with live instruments and my DJ set, which obviously have been done before but I would like to take some other angles to it by introducing a DAW and midi synchronizing where all the parts can be controlled in one place preferable by the DJ in this case. I am a DJ that loves the creative process of making music. I once recorded my son banging some Legos together and made a song out of it. I look back on how I started with two miss matched turntables and an old mixer, to now and it was a crazy ride. However, I’m all the better for it being able to work with many different type of DJ equipment and no studio equipment. I have amassed a large sum of knowledge, which I intend to share with my peers through my YouTube channel. My goal is simple to use my passion for music to inspire, educate, and entertain. Right now, I am just scratching the surface, my dream is to take it deeper and make music that is timeless, and performances that are more than just for your entertainment but memories.

Musical Influence
1st a foremost I do this for the love of music. Which is the reason I tag my mixes and music with #forthelove or #forthe<3. Asside from that I appriciate any true artise or professional in the field and i'm moslty influenced by that aspect. If I had to barrow it down I would say folks like Lord Finesse, Diplo, Kygo, Calvin Harris would be on a list I would site. How ever I can't say those are the only ones.
