Step By Step Guide To Install HRSD, HRUBS using BlueStacks

Download and Install BlueStacks at: https://www.bluestacks.com. The installation procedure is quite simple. After successful installation, open the Bluestacks emulator. It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.
Open the APK/XAPK file: Double-click the APK/XAPK file to launch BlueStacks and install the application. If your APK/XAPK file doesn't automatically open BlueStacks, right-click on it and select Open with... Browse to the BlueStacks. You can also drag-and-drop the APK/XAPK file onto the BlueStacks home screen

HRSD/HRUBS Mobile application is now available on Android. It includes three main features to help you view, manage and pay your HRSD/HRUBS bills. Also, when you have questions on the go it will help you to get in touch with HRSD/HRUBS customer care.

If you already have an online profile with HRSD/HRUBS or would like to register online via our full-featured desktop site, then you can take advantage of the enrolled-only features of the app. You will gain access to your current and historical bills, system messages, payment history in addition to the ability to make payments using your existing payment profiles. To access the enrolled-only portion of the application, you can use the same credentials as you currently use to access our full featured site. Please note that Enrollment, Payment Profile management, Recurring Payment management features are currently only available via our desktop configuration

If you are not currently enrolled, do not wish to enroll or simply would like to make a quick payment against your most recent bill without logging in, you can take advantage of our One-Time on-demand payment feature. To make a payment, simply provide your HRSD/HRUBS account number and you payment account information using one of the supported payment methods.
