1. When receive an message with Cell phone location, how can you know this estimate position?
- goto some website provide the function searching cell location phone
- input: mcc, mnc, lac, cid value to search the location.
2. The button uninstall application is disable, and can not uninstall app, how can I uninstall app?
- When active device admin in advance setup of application, then the uninstall button will disable.
- To enable this button please go to phone settings> security> device admin> turn off device admin of LostPhone Application
- After that you can come back to Application management > find LostPhone and uninstall application as normal.
3. How can I set my sim number to owner of this phone?
- LostPhone recognize base on sim serial number, not set base on your phone number.
- So please go to "Sim Card Change"> Phone owner's serial number> get current sim serial number > ok
4. Does application support for multi sim card?
- App not support to recognize 2 sim card, but you still can use dual sim phone, and App will support for recognize for the main sim card.
