Airports Authority of India’s Online Pilot Portal is an integrated digital platform that provides unified mobile and web-based flight planning, enabling seamless filing and processing of Flight Plans (FPL) and ATS messages (DEP, ARR, DLA, CHG and CNL) in compliance with ICAO standards.
The Pilot Portal services can be assessed only after approval of registration by system Administrator. Interested users are required to register to access the services. Login credentials will be activated only after verification and approval, ensuring secure and reliable access.

Users can securely submit and retrieve ATS messages and track the real-time status of allocated FIC and ADC numbers through a centralized interface. The system offers real-time access to critical aeronautical operational information, including MET data, NOTAMs, en-route and approach charts, and comprehensive airport (GIS/CNS) data.

This service also enables domestic non-scheduled airlines operating on a cash-and-carry basis to complete online payments via the AAI AIMS Billing Portal for aeronautical charges. They can then receive FIC/ADC, and automatic acknowledgment of payment receipts immediately after remitting the payment.
