Fixes for building and organising setlists:

• The setlist "Set options" menu now works — start a new set, insert a break, merge a set into the previous one, and rename a set.
• Editing a setlist's name, description, notes and gig date now saves correctly.
• Locking and unlocking a setlist now sticks.
• Gig dates no longer shift by a day when you re-save a setlist.
• You can now add the same song more than once to a shared setlist, for encores and reprises.
