28-29 September 2016 in Moscow for the sixth conference "Situational centers: the focus of cross-sectoral interests - 2016". The conference is held with the support of the Ministry of Emergency Situations and Disaster Relief of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation. The organizer of the conference Publishing House "CONNECT".

The purpose of the conference: the consolidation of inter-sectoral efforts to promote and advance techniques and situational management tools.

Conference Objectives:
• exchange practical experience in the design, creation and maintenance of situational control centers and between different sectors;
• search for the most effective methods and approaches of individual models and solutions for situational and dispatch centers;
• discussion with line ministries key tasks, basic approaches and topical issues of the situational centers in specific institutions, enterprises and industry in general;
• discussion of current practices and perspectives of improvement of information exchange between situational and dispatching centers within industries, cross-industry and federal government level (SRSTS);
• demonstration of the achievements of developers of hardware and software for situational and dispatching centers. Discussion of prospects for import substitution;
• develop proposals and recommendations for improving the existing conditions of development of industry and situational control centers for the authorities concerned.
