Whitmore Campaign Studio is a local, structured campaign readiness review tool for checking advertising work before launch, during refresh, or as a retrospective. It helps you inspect each key area, mark readiness states, surface gaps, and produce a practical action pack you can export.

Features
Review board heatmap matrix
- View a readiness picture across 8 campaign categories using a matrix-style board.
- Mark each cell as Defined, Built, Aligned, or Verified to reflect the current condition.

Category inspection drill-down
- Tap any category to inspect it in detail, with grouped checklist sections.
- Each checklist item can be marked as Ready, Partial, Missing, or At Risk, with optional notes for evidence and context.

Delta and gap signalling per category
- See a compact category delta strip and gaps as you work through checklist items.
- Keep the board in sync with your category decisions so the readiness picture updates immediately.

Issue clusters from readiness gaps
- Group Partial, Missing, and At Risk items into an issue cluster grid.
- Get cluster counts and severity cues, with direct links back to the related category items.

Action pack generated from non-ready items
- Produce a follow-up action list grouped by urgency: do now, tighten soon, review later.
- Edit action wording locally, mark actions complete, and keep a copyable summary.

Local library of saved reviews
- Save, reopen, rename, duplicate, export, and delete reviews on your device.
- Keep state local-only by default, with no account, no sign-in, and no cloud sync.

Export preview for sharing-ready summaries

- Share via the Android share sheet or export a plain text summary (and local PDF if supported by your device).
