Vinyl BPM Calc helps you beatmatch two vinyl records by calculating the pitch adjustment needed. A helpful tool for vinyl DJs learning to beatmatch by ear.

How it works:
1. Tap along to the beat of your current record to detect its BPM.
2. Tap along to the beat of your cued record.
3. The app calculates the pitch percentage you need to set on your turntable so both tracks play at the same tempo.

When you adjust the pitch on your real turntable, simply make the same adjustment in the app – then the BPM values will stay matching.

The app uses a fast and robust BPM averaging algorithm to get you close, but obviously – fine-tuning by ear will still be necessary, as is always the case with vinyl DJing. Think of it as a guide that helps you bring the BPMs close together so you can focus on learning the rest.

The interface is designed to be as simple and intuitive as possible by mirroring a real vinyl setup.

The app is light, works fully offline and contains no ads.
