In this post, I am going to show you how to install Hedge Archery on Windows PC by using Android App Player such as BlueStacks, LDPlayer, Nox, KOPlayer, ...

Before you start, you will need to download the APK/XAPK installer file, you can find download button on top of this page. Save it to easy-to-find location.

Below you will find a detailed step-by-step guide, but I want to give you a fast overview of how it works. All you need is an emulator that will emulate an Android device on your Windows PC and then you can install applications and use it - you see you're playing it on Android, but this runs not on a smartphone or tablet, it runs on a PC.

Step By Step Guide To Install Hedge Archery using BlueStacks

  1. Download and Install BlueStacks at: https://www.bluestacks.com. The installation procedure is quite simple. After successful installation, open the Bluestacks emulator. It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.
  2. Open the APK/XAPK file: Double-click the APK/XAPK file to launch BlueStacks and install the application. If your APK/XAPK file doesn't automatically open BlueStacks, right-click on it and select Open with... Browse to the BlueStacks. Key adjustments include wind compensation (e.g., for arrows drifting six inches), precise aim-offs for low-visibility targets like ASA rings or wind drifts (horizontal and vertical shifts), close-range fine-tuning, and experimental methods for extreme uphill shots beyond standard cosine corrections. If marks run consistently high or low, simply input a corrected mark at an odd distance (like 52.5 yards), and the app recalibrates everything on the fly. Minimal data entry means you can generate usable marks with just one sight input, perfect for mid-tournament equipment fixes under time pressure.


Data syncs effortlessly to the cloud, allowing access via a web browser on your computer. There, you can generate and print professional PDF sight tapes, along with comprehensive mark lists—including close marks and all others in 0.5-yard or meter increments—formatted for standard 8.5 x 11 paper. Note: Real-time calculations are exclusive to the app, while sight tapes and printable marks are web-only features.

For Hunting (Pin Sights) Archery
Tailored for using pin sights, the mobile app simplifies setup with intuitive tools. Start by sighting in a closer-distance mark, then hold your phone behind the sight cage to overlay a predicted pin layout for quick visual alignment. Confirm a second distance to refine pin gaps, and add a third using the built-in caliper tool for perfectly spaced pins across your desired ranges. Close sight marks are readily available in-app for on-the-spot reference, reducing time spent shooting broadheads and minimizing target wear.
Like the competition side, all data saves to the cloud for web access on your computer, where you can print custom PDF sight tapes extending beyond your farthest pin, plus equivalent close marks—all optimized for 8.5 x 11 paper. This ensures reliable backups and easy sharing. Note: Pin measurement and alignment tools are app-exclusive, while sight tapes and printables are available only via the web browser.
