Know what’s on your plate-without spending your day logging it.

MyMealo is a simple AI calorie tracker and food diary built for everyday life. Scan a meal, log food manually, track calories and macros, monitor your water intake, and see your progress in one clean dashboard.

Scan a meal. Get a clearer picture.

Take a photo of your food and MyMealo will estimate the calories, protein, carbohydrates, and fat in your meal. It is a quick way to log everyday food when entering every ingredient feels like too much work.

Log food your way

Some meals are easier to search. Others are faster to scan. With MyMealo, you can:

• Scan meals with your camera
• Search for foods and add them manually
• Review what you have eaten today
• Reuse recent meals for faster logging

The goal is simple: make food tracking easy enough to keep doing.

Track calories and macros at a glance

See how your meals fit into your daily calorie goal. Clear progress bars show your protein, carbs, and fat, so you can understand your nutrition without digging through complicated charts.

Stay on top of hydration

Log water throughout the day and see how close you are to your daily goal. Small, visible progress can make it easier to build a consistent hydration habit.

• AI meal scanner with estimated nutrition
• Calorie counter and daily food tracker
• Protein, carbohydrate, and fat tracking
• Fast food search and manual logging
• Recent meals for quick repeat entries
• Water tracker with a daily hydration goal
• Daily progress and meal history
• Personal goals and nutrition preferences

Made for real life

MyMealo is for anyone who wants to eat with more awareness and less guesswork. Use it to support weight loss, weight maintenance, fitness goals, or simply a healthier routine.

You do not need a perfect diet. You just need a clearer view of what you eat.

Start with one meal, one glass of water, and one better choice at a time.

Important: Nutrition details generated from meal photos are estimates. Results may vary based on ingredients, portion size, and preparation method.
