Why am I not receiving notifications?
Go to your phone's Settings -> Apps -> Owalook -> Notifications and ensure they are enabled.
Go to Settings -> Apps -> Owalook -> Battery and set it to "Unrestricted" to avoid aggressive battery saving.
Make sure the "Active" notification is visible in the status bar. If not, just open the app.
Why does it sign me out of OWA?
The ADFS session can expire if there is no internet connection for a long time, if your corporate ADFS settings define a short session timeout, or if the server's UserContextTimeout is short. Simply sign in again.
Why won't the page load?
Please check your internet connection, ensure the server address is entered correctly without prefixes, and verify that your server's SSL certificate is valid and not expired.
How do I change the notification sound?
Go to your phone's Settings -> Apps -> Owalook -> Notifications -> New mail -> Sound.
Why doesn't the app start automatically after device restart?
Some Android devices (like Xiaomi, Huawei, Oppo, Vivo) have strict background restrictions. Go to Settings -> Apps -> Owalook -> Auto-start (or Background activity) and enable it to allow the app to launch after reboot.
