This permission is used exclusively for digital wellbeing, as approved by Google Play. You can disable it anytime in your device settings.

Daily Usage Limit – Set a daily time limit for any app. Once reached, the app is blocked for the rest of the day.

Session Limit – Control continuous usage: set a max session time and a mandatory break after each session.

Cooldown Mode – After a set amount of usage, the app is locked for a specified cooldown period – helps reset your brain's reward system.

Open Count Limit – Restrict how many times you can open an app per day to reduce impulsive checking.

Schedule Block – Automatically block apps during specific hours (e.g., 11 PM – 7 AM) to protect your sleep or work time.

🧠 Smart Global Features
Focus Mode – Block selected apps during focused sessions. The apps stay locked until the session ends.

Emergency Unlock – Bypass any block up to 2 times per day, with 5 minutes of uninterrupted access each time – perfect for urgent needs.

Challenge Unlock – Before opening an app, complete a challenge: wait 20 seconds, solve math problems, or write why you need it. Reduces impulsive openings.

Break Reminder – Get a gentle notification if you’ve been using an app continuously for a set time – helps you take regular breaks.

Global Schedule Block – Lock the entire phone during selected hours (e.g., nighttime). The device stays blocked until the schedule ends, with a live countdown.
