Smart Typer is a lightweight, versatile Android app that combines professional notes management, a precise text editing toolkit, voice typing functionality, internet search, and translation/AI-powered capabilities, all accessible in a single, unified workspace!

The app aims to simplify various daily tasks such as notes management, proofreading, AI corrections, internet searching, and more, all within a single app, making it useful for both working professionals and students.

Prominent/major highlights of the app are as follows.

File browser:
The dedicated file browser allows the user to create notes/code files and organize them into folders while also enabling the user to perform operations such as copy, move, delete, rename, convert to audio, and more on one or multiple files at once.

The notes can also be converted to PDF or even transformed into realistic handwriting with full customization support.

Other functionalities in the file browser include backing up everything to the device, sorting files, viewing recently created documents, among others.

Text editor:
The app includes a feature-rich, advanced text editor that includes two modes.

Normal mode; efficient for general text document/code editing. It includes every required function such as copy/cut/paste, find and replace, go to, splitting the text into lines or words for precise editing, among others.

Blogger mode; includes all the features of Normal mode plus the ability to write simple, memorable plain text and then save it as a blog post or in HTML form for organizing your content or writing blog posts on an Android device. AI ability in the text editor:
Type or paste your text, and let the AI handle the rest!

The AI corrects all spelling mistakes, clears grammatical errors, and ensures the proper usage of relevant punctuation throughout the text.

There are five distinct correction modes for different use cases. For instance, the Default mode performs simple corrections like correcting spelling, grammar, and punctuation errors. All the other four modes are described in the "How to Use" section of the app in great detail.

Voice typing in the text editor:
Voice typing can be commenced through the voice typing button provided in the editor. It supports all the languages that Android's native voice input offers. Languages can be changed from the app settings, and user-specific languages can be added to Favorites by long-pressing the language name in the language selection menu. Favorite languages can be cycled by long-pressing the voice typing button once added to Favorites. This allows seamless switching between different languages while using voice typing.

There is a powerful offline text correction engine that can be enabled from the app settings. It automatically adds relevant punctuation, inserts new lines in English sentences, and also corrects frequent mistakes committed by Android's native voice input. It seamlessly corrects most of the errors commonly made by voice input in English and Hindi/Urdu.

The app, moreover, includes a set of essential tools accessible through the navigation bar, which further simplifies even more daily tasks in a single toolkit! Examples include Wikipedia search, to search and read in depth about any topic; a powerful word helper that allows the user to quickly find meanings, antonyms, synonyms, example usage, and more about any word or phrase; Instant Translate for quickly translating text from one language to another through Microsoft/Google Translate; and more!
