X Support is a remote technical support platform designed to offer fast, secure, and efficient service directly on the customer's device. The user initiates the service and follows the session with an assigned technician.

Main features:

- Request and follow-up of technical support;

- Chat with messages, images, files, and audio messages;

- Voice call initiated or accepted by the user;

- Screen sharing authorized by Android;

- Assisted and optional remote control;

- Operational history, notifications, and service evaluation.

Assisted remote control with the Accessibility Service:

When the user requests and authorizes remote control, X Support uses the AccessibilityService API only during an active session. This allows the assigned technician to locate fields and controls, insert or edit text, perform touches and gestures, and activate Back, Home, and Recents.

In this usage, the service temporarily accesses and processes the following on the device:

- Other messages in the app: visible texts and messages, to locate fields and insert or edit text as commanded by the technician;

- Photos: names, descriptions, and controls related to visible photos, to locate and activate the controls shown on the screen;

- Videos: names, descriptions, and controls related to visible videos, to locate and activate the controls shown on the screen;

- Voice or sound recordings: names, descriptions, and controls of visible audio, to locate and activate buttons such as play or pause;

- Files and documents: names, descriptions, and controls visible, to locate and activate the controls shown on the screen;

- App activity: interface elements and interactions, to execute taps, gestures, Back, Home, and Recents.

The Accessibility Service uses this data only to perform the requested support. It processes the information on the device and does not store or transmit the content of this data. If the user also authorizes screen sharing, the screen image will be transmitted in real time to the technician through a separate Android function.

Accessibility does not open, copy, or send files on its own, does not record voice, sound, or call audio, does not perform actions autonomously, and is not used for advertising, analytics, or hidden monitoring. Screen sharing requires its own Android authorization and can be interrupted at any time. Remote commands are blocked outside of an active session. The user can refuse access, turn off remote control, or disable the service in Android Settings.

Support X was developed to make technical assistance simpler, more transparent, and secure, always with actions initiated and authorized by the user.
A declaração em destaque do Serviço de Acessibilidade agora identifica separadamente cada tipo de dado acessado e explica sua finalidade no controle remoto assistido.
