Nagrik Force is an independent, community-driven civic platform designed to bring visibility and simplicity to local accountability. Our application empowers citizens to transparently report uncollected garbage, potholes, broken streetlights, open manholes, overflowing drains, dangling wires, broken footpaths, and construction debris with a live photo and location. Users can also find public information about their elected representatives, and easily access public contact shortcuts to forward concerns to local authorities.
Key features:
- Community reporting: Log local issues with location, issue type, severity, and photographic proof on a shared map.
- Community checks: View reports in your area, confirm issues you have personally seen, mark fixed issues with a new photo, or flag invalid reports.
- Contact shortcuts: Open publicly listed municipal helplines, websites, WhatsApp numbers, or email addresses. You choose whether to send or call; Nagrik Force does not submit complaints on your behalf.
- Community status: View whether reports are open, confirmed, marked fixed, or removed by community moderation.
