Dog Language is an educational app that teaches children and adults to recognize dog body language and respond to it safely. The app explains in simple language what dogs communicate with their posture, tail, ears, and behavior, and what is the best course of action in every situation.

What the app contains:

Behavior Guide — an overview of 58 dog behaviors, each with its own illustration. For each behavior, you read three things: "What do you see?", "What is the dog feeling?", and "What do you do now?". The latter is always concrete safety advice.

Five categories — the behaviors are divided into recognizable groups: Playing, Happy & Relaxed, A Moment of Uncomfortable, Scared, and Stop! Leave Alone. You can filter the guide by category.

Quiz — a practice quiz of five questions per round, with varying questions. After each answer, you receive an explanation and a safety tip. At the end, you see your score.

Progress and rewards — the app keeps track of which behaviors you have viewed and how many quiz questions you answered correctly. You earn "bones" and can unlock nine badges.

Profile — you set a name and an avatar and choose a learning mode: "Learn Together" (3–6 years, for reading aloud together) or "Learn On Your Own" (7–12 years, for independent reading).

The safety advice is substantively substantiated and teaches children important basic rules, such as keeping your distance when in doubt, never taking anything away from a dog, not running away, and alerting an adult.

The app works completely offline, requires no account, and collects no personal data. There are no advertisements and no tracking; all progress remains on the device.
