All you need is an emulator that will emulate an Android device on your Windows PC and then you can install applications and use it - you see you're playing it on Android, but this runs not on a smartphone or tablet, it runs on a PC.

Step By Step Guide To Install InnovaClass using BlueStacks

Download and Install BlueStacks at: https://www.bluestacks.com. The installation procedure is quite simple. After successful installation, open the Bluestacks emulator. It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.
Open the APK/XAPK file: Double-click the APK/XAPK file to launch BlueStacks and install the application. If your APK/XAPK file doesn't automatically open BlueStacks, right-click on it and select Open with... Browse to the BlueStacks. You can also drag-and-drop the APK/XAPK file onto the BlueStacks home screen
Once installed, click "InnovaClass" icon on the home screen to start using, it'll work like a charm :D

InnovaClass facilitates the implementation of the methodology "Peer Instruction" in classrooms of any course. This methodology was created by Dr. Eric Mazur (Harvard University) for more than two decades and has been widely adopted in many universities in different countries. Thanks to their contributions in improving teaching, Dr. Mazur was honored with the prestigious award in 2014 Minerva.
Today, a session with this method through an application has been made feasible due to the growing trend of students who have smart phones or tablets; as well as many universities have wi-fi on their campuses.
Using the application is simple. All that is necessary is that the exercises, the teacher or professor used to strengthen the concepts of the course, each having an alphanumeric code with the letters "T" (for the great theme or topic to which it belongs) and letter "E" (indicating the number of exercises). Thus, if the code of some of the exercises that are projected in the classroom is to code "T07E14" This means you are going over the big issue or topic number 7. Also, exercise 14 of that topic it is being solved in the classroom.
This smartphone application began in 2015 at the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru as a joint effort of several university professors from the fields of science and engineering, who collaborate with the Network of Entrepreneurs E-QUIPU. They were supported by the competitive fund "Innovation in University Teaching" of the Academic Board of the Faculty; as well as the Peruvian Network of Universities. Also, the National University of Trujillo was the first to cooperate strongly with this initiative, from the Academic Department of Physics. Thanks to this strong enthusiasm, there are academics from more than ten Peruvian universities (renowned in the Peruvian regions), who from 2016 will use this application in their classes.
Finally, we deeply appreciate the guidance and comments made by Dr. Eric Mazur, who from the beginning had knowledge of this joint effort to implement, in Peruvian universities, instructional methodology in pairs.
