WHAT IS ROOTING?
Rooting is the process of giving yourself root permissions on your phone. This is usually done to achieve ‘superuser’ privileges on the phone, meaning that the user can run apps that require access to certain system settings, and flash custom ROMs to your phone. This means that you will essentially be able to customise almost anything on your device. With all its benefits, rooting can be slightly risky, so you should always make sure you follow the correct procedures to make sure you can still use your device!

This application does not root your device or modify system files.
Allows applications to open network sockets.
Allows applications to access information about networks.
Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.
