With help of this app, select from the list of smartphones / tablets from a phone number and the Fritz box establishes a connection between your phone and regular phone number on the desired target.

On your smartphone will not be charged because the phone itself does not establish telephone connection. It only controls your Fritz box over Wi-Fi.

Prerequisite: Smartphone Wi-Fi and logged into the Fritz box with switched-dialer function. You can turn on >> the web interface dialer menu of your Fritz boxes the dialer function in the >> telephony calls.
