Consolidate radio coverage in rural areas and intermediate cities of the National System of Indigenous Peoples radios and radio social interest.

Ensure participation and inclusion of institutions, organizations and people involved.

Disseminate educational, informational and cultural programming through the radios on indigenous peoples and radios social interest, promoting processes of economic, social and cultural development.

Equipping installing radio personnel with skills, competencies and skills in the field of communication stations.
