Everyday life always presents a variety of challenges. The challenge comes to test how a person cope. Stress is an effect that is felt whenever a person faces something bigger. Overcoming Stress means, managed to adapt, develop - raising the level of thought, wisdom, so it does not feel as stressed anymore.
We agreed when stress arises, meaning a person is called to handle the stress it, not run away from stress. The more run of the problem then it will be even greater. Coping with stress and deal with it is the wisest choice. Like when the first school, any exams coming up, which means that the chance of our grade. Overcoming these challenges makes us automatically have equal power even higher, so the stress was no longer burden the mind as well as physical.
