Download and Install BlueStacks at: https://www.bluestacks.com. The installation procedure is quite simple. After successful installation, open the Bluestacks emulator. It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.

Here's what you do. Sit in the passenger seat or back seat and wait till the perfect time. Make sure the volume on your Android is all the way up!

Then, open up Sirens and tap the screen then hold the screen towards a window to create a reflection of the traditional red and blue flashing police lights so the driver can see. They will see hear the sirens sound and see the lights and then PANIC! It's a classic trick good over and over again!

Can also be used with external stereo speakers for blasting out siren sounds at high decibels!
