Namun bukan hanya seseorang yang sedang tertimpa sebuah musibah namun juga untuk seluruh umat Islam yang masih hidup (diberirahmat dan kehidupan), dalam keadaan yang masih sehat dan tidak kurang suatu apa pun, sebagai manusia kiranya kita harus berdoa untuk meminta atau bersyukur berkat rahmat yang maha kuasa. Agar kita diberi keuatan iman dan takwa agar tetap bisa melakukan segala perintah-Nya.

Selain itu, jika kita menyadari bahwa situasi yang kita hadapi sehari-hari berputar seperti roda gerobak. Mungkin hari ini kita bisa beribadah dengan baik dan tulus, tapi siapa yang tahu hari berikutnya kami memiliki kemalasan suatu? Mungkin hari ini kita sangat senang, tapi siapa yang tahu besok nasib kita atau lusa menjadi sebaliknya? Oleh karena itu, dalam kondisi yang baik seperti yang kita masih perlu berdoa. Muhammad Rosulullah saw. bersabda, “Tiada sesuatu yang paling mulia dalam -pandangan Allah, selain dari berdoa kepada-Nya, sedang kita dalam keadaan lapang.” (HR. Al-Hakim).

Memohon hidup selalu dalam bimbingan Allah SWT
Meminta perlindungan Allah SWT dari semua Setan yang terkutuk

Menghadap Ka’bah (kiblat)
Sebelum berdoa membaca basmalah, istighfar dan hamdalah. Kemudian disusul salawat Nabi Muhammad SAW, keluarga dan sahabat-sahabatnya.
Mengangkat kedua tangan sebelum doa dan mengusap wajahnya dengan telapak tangan setelah shalat.
Meminta dengan suara menenangkan sambil berdoa dengan sungguh-sungguh, tulus dan serius
Berharap bahwa Allah menerima doanya
Berdoa diulang pada waktu lain untuk menunjukkan seberapa serius kita diberikan oleh Allah SWT
Setelah berdoa ditutup dengan salawat nabi dan pujian kepada Allah SWT
