The first experience of mastering this had made Ki Narto panic on the stage because at that time his real job was the holder of the Ngesti Pandowo group. Ki Narto since he was a teenager had enjoyed famous puppeteers, such as Ki Ngabehi Wignyosoetarno from Sala and Ki Poedjosoemarto from Klaten. He is also diligent in reading various old books. At that time, the Head of RRI Studio, Sukiman, offered Ki Narto to perform, so that the performance at the PTIK was held.
