  1. Download and Install BlueStacks at: https://www.bluestacks.com. The installation procedure is quite simple. After successful installation, open the Bluestacks emulator. It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.

Most remote controls use infra-red light to transmit the signal. The human eye cannot see this light, however a Remote Controller testing app can detect whether or not your remote is still giving a signal.

►Gather up all the remote controls that you think are not working.

►Turn the Remote Controller Testing app on your device, all you need to do is look at is the screen while performing the process.

►No need for turning off all the lights (but may be helpful in seeing the IR signal).

►Point the remote towards the camera of your device.

►Press and hold any button on the remote while viewing the screen on the Remote Controller App.

►If you see a blueish light blinking in Remote Testing App, that means the infrared signal is working properly, there is no problem with the Remote.

►If blueish light blinking is low, that means remote Batteries need to be replaced.
