Psar Online is an online local classified ads that is launched in 2015 by Mr. Vannavy Vicheanak (Cambodian who lives in Cambodia). This application is designed to facilitate Cambodia residents to trade items, find services, and jobs that are available in Cambodia.


Main features:

• 2 languages, Khmer & English
• Post & edit ads for free
• Take pictures for ads using phone camera (up to 9 images)
• Ads will be last forever unless it's deactivated or deleted
• Intelligently search hundreds thousands of items at a lightening speed
• Refine ads by categories, fields, keywords, and price range
• Sort ads by the best match, price, views, and recency
• View & zoom ads photo like Facebook slideshow
• Save ads that you like for viewing later
• Call, SMS, & Email to sellers in just one tap
• Display similar ads in ads detail page
• Display ads that are favorited by other users in ads detail page
• View sellers profiles


In sellers profile, you can:

• Save that seller as your favorite seller
• See who has already favorited that seller to their list
• See the list of ads that belongs to the seller
• Refine those ads by categories, fields, keywords and price range
• See the seller contact days, hours, and address
• Directly Call, SMS, & Email in the seller page

Seller is a subset user group. The user group contains 2 types of user, guest, and registered.

Registered group can:

• Post unlimited ads for free in any categories
• Upload a personal photo to personal profile or use our default cover images
• Publish information like address, contact hours and contact days, so other won't contact you at the wrong time and days
• Save ads into favorite ads list
• Save user into favorite user list
• Report ads that are violated to Cambodia and Psar Online rules
• Report users that are violated to Cambodia and Psar Online rules


Guest group can:

• Browse ads in any categories
• View detail of any ads and users
• Register to become a registered user for free

I'm working so hard to make this app for Cambodian residents to use it freely and happily and nothing more. So, please understand and kindly do not:

• Do anything that against the Law
• Post any threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, weapons, drugs or indecent material.
• Be misleading the fact
• Use other people ads as your own ads without their info consent.
• Distribute or install virus that may cause harm to other users and Psar Online server
• Do any unreasonable activities to the server, or other activities that interfere with the proper working of the system.
• Use any scraping and crawling tool to get the data without my consent
• Collect other users phone number and email
• Use beyond the user scopes or access to restricted area of the system
