Training, Upgrading, Aggregation: this is the slogan of the XX Congress Italian Society of Maxillofacial Surgery . The program includes a first day dedicated to training through theoretical and practical courses where learners will have the opportunity to learn closely the use of products, equipment and devices.

The Company, with the support of specialist, will train participants in the areas of navigation and surgical planning, treatment of fractures of the condyle, osteosynthesis absorbable, piezosurgery, plant zygomatic, implant surgery, osteosynthesis in orthognathic surgery, endoscopic sinus nose .

The courses will be selective and limited number so as to ensure the quality of training. It will then, on subsequent days, to follow up with readings of prearranged sessions on the three conference themes namely Neoformations cystic maxillary , tongue cancer and orthognathic surgery , the latter focused on an aspect of extreme actuality which the surgery first , surgery before the orthodontic treatment.

The three days will be rotated speakers both national and international. The goal will be to update the participants on the state of the three topics through the creation of three monographs. Also under the upgrade will be provided free communications, 15 master classes, 4 courses related to Oral Surgery, TMJ disorders, Oral Medicine and Aesthetic Medicine and three international symposiums such as AO, IBRA and Italy to the Mediterranean center with experts national and international.

Finally, the XX National Congress SICMF will be an opportunity to gather where even events like the Opinion Arena, the SICMF CUP, reads "Not only maxillofacial surgery" will be an informal way of updating for all but an aggregative spirit and light.
