Outlawed Justice is a character driven action/drama with grounded superhero tones and is inspired by more serious anime shows. “Characters die, they change, they grow. These characters are very human”, said co-creator Tony Piccirillo. “One other thing, there are superheroes on the show, but there isn’t any superpowers. The citizens of Lighthaven City have to look inside themselves to find the superhero within. Some embrace that superhero and adopt their inner warrior as their true identity while others don’t.”

PLOT SUMMARY:
“In the fictional Lighthaven City there is a civil war beginning to emerge. The desperate people of the West End have formed a gang to rid the city of the private police force owned by the wealthy East End of the city. Stuck between the gang “The Guardians of Light” and the private police force “A.C.E or Armed Combat Enforcement” are Tony, a private police officer living in the desperate West End; his brother Alex whose college friends live in the desperate West End as well; and Katherine, the daughter of one of the wealthy owners of the private police force, living in the richer East End.”
