This can the app:

can with the app "What I eat," I hold on to what and how much I ate and drank during the day. The product catalog contains more than 700 foods and dishes with pictures. If still missing something, I can photograph it yourself, give it a name and add it - of course, the new product appears only on my personal smartphone.
The "checked" foods are automatically sorted into the food pyramid of BZfE and transferred to one week protocol; because not every day has to be perfect, but the week counts.

I decide for myself whether I am guided by the scientific advice of the food pyramid or set their own priorities. If I forget certain foods to eat often, I can let me remind you.
My individual food pyramid can I post on facebook and twitter and share.
What the app else does? Find out!

What is the food pyramid of BZfE?

The food pyramid is a simple and suitable for everyday use model that everyone can examine his eating and drinking habits and optimize. It is scientifically proven and taken into account their own taste and individual habits.
The food pyramid shows which amounts are recommended per day from each food. It consists of modules and is divided into three color planes. The traffic light colors indicate whether the food can be abundant, moderately or eaten in small quantities or drinking. Each block represents one serving. The portions are measured out with your hands.

The app works with the Handmaß as serving model; that is, no calorie counting and no time-consuming weighing. What is compact and fits in your hand, corresponds to a portion, such as an apple. Small-sized or chopped foods, such as broccoli florets are measured molded with two hands to cup. The portion of the model, but also the food pyramid and the individual food groups means are explained in the app with many illustrations.

Who is that BZfE?

The Federal Center for Nutrition, short BZfE, is a department of the Federal Agency for Agriculture and Food, a subordinate authority of the Federal Ministry of Food and Agriculture.
