In this post, I am going to show you how to install Basketball Shot Tracker on Windows PC by using Android App Player such as BlueStacks, LDPlayer, Nox, KOPlayer, ...

Step By Step Guide To Install Basketball Shot Tracker using BlueStacks

  1. Download and Install BlueStacks at: https://www.bluestacks.com. The installation procedure is quite simple. After successful installation, open the Bluestacks emulator. It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.
  2. Open the APK/XAPK file: Double-click the APK/XAPK file to launch BlueStacks and install the application. If your APK/XAPK file doesn't automatically open BlueStacks, right-click on it and select Open with... Browse to the BlueStacks. Basketball Shot Tracker is an application for basketball players. It will help you track your shots statistics during practice in a very simple way.

FEATURES

On the first page you see the dashboard with 2 sections:

- This month stats - shows your shot percentage for the last month in 3 types of basketball shot: 3-pointers, 2-pointers, free throws.

- List of training set results.

You can also see advanced analytics by clicking More Stats button. There are 3 charts for different basketball shot types with the monthly percentage for a half year.

CONTROLS

To add new training result press the Plus button on the main view. Then a modal window for adding a result shows up. If you want to go back, press Back button.

Here you can select the mode for adding a shooting result: Live or Offline.

- Offline mode lets you fill the final stats values. It is good for a defined shooting streaks, when you count made baskets by yourself (10 3PT, 20 FT, etc.). Just fill the fields Made and From to set, how much shots did you make from some number of tries (e.g. Made 11 From 20). Then select the type of shot and press ADD.

- Live mode is good when your friend can help you with tracking your shots using your device. In this mode there are just 2 buttons - MADE and MISSED, and a drop-down for selecting a type of shot. While you are making a shooting streak (the streak should be only for one of shot types at one set) your friend should select the result of each shot: made or missed. When you're done, press the ADD button, and you will see a new record on the main view with your last training set.
