Forest shortness of breath competitions are organized in a charming place in the Municipality of Regimin in Forestry Szulmierz. The aim is to promote our region as well as running and healthy lifestyle. They are also encouraged to play sports especially in forest areas. Who was running through the woods knows what a pleasant one who did not try to - will have a wonderful opportunity!

The route is 5 km long run loop starting at the area adjacent to the forester's lodge in the immediate vicinity of fallow deer breeding. The route leads through forest ducts (4 km) and partly asphalt road (1km). Route has been designed to make the most of Mazowsze show the beauty of nature and the addition of competitive sports also have cognitive and educational values.

Participants will be able to try their hand in four runs. The choices are:
- cross-country for children over a distance of 1.5 km without classification,
- running over a distance of 5 km (Loop 1)
- Nordic walking 5 km (Loop 1)
- a main gear for a distance of 10 km (2 loops).
