It is an application through which customers can make and receive VoIP calls while connected to a Wi-Fi or a data network anywhere in the world and be subject to local rates.

How to access?
The solution translates to an application available only to devices with Android operating system (whose version is greater than 2.4) and IOS (with minimum version 7.1).
To access the application benefits, the client will have to download the application to your phone and, with the credentials provided by mcel, login.
This login can only take effect being connected to the Internet (Wi-fi or 3G mobile data network)

How it works?
With installed and the login done application, the customer has access to your phone book and can make and receive calls at any time and anywhere in the world.
These calls have the same treatment (subject to a single tariff) regardless of customer location. That is, whether or not within the country, making a call, you will be subject to the same tariff, provided you are connected to Wi-Fi.
Fact is that this application only works with access to a data network (being subject to the rate of mother line of packet data) or to a Wi-fi, always having to make the application Login.
Highlight notes:
• The application will be provided as an additional service, integrated to a particular GSM number with a contractual relationship with mcel;
• The GSM number, which will be applied as an additional service, will be liable to pay the traffic generated by the application server according to the tariff in force;
• will be issued a license and credentials provided to the client that will allow you to access and enjoy the benefits package
• The issuance of this license will lead to the allocation of a virtual number (the unique number) that will serve as customer identification number whenever this use the application to make the call;
• On the other hand, the client can request that the recipient of calls visualize your GSM number, in this case, despite the allocation of a virtual number, you will set the GSM number as the number of application output;
• Where appropriate finding, the customer can forward the GSM number of calls to your application number. This may be more feasible when the customer is roaming, in order to avoid the costs of receiving calls while roaming.
