The main objective of the Siete y Media game is to get as close as possible to the number: seven and a half.
On each round, the role of the bank changes, the bank also plays the game. The bank deals one card to each player, and one goes to the center of the table, this card is not shown.
The first player is the one sitting on the right side of the bank, he can either ask for another card or stick to what he has.
Like in the game, Blackjack, the player has to get as close as possible to seven and a half (instead of 21). You can either ask for a card, or stick to what you have. If your number is too high or too low, you loose.
If there’s a tie, the bank always has preference, or the player closer to him counter clockwise.
This is the value of the cards on Siete y Media:
The figures are half a point. The rest of them are 1 point each.
Punctuation on Siete y Media:
★ At the end of the round, the winner gets 20 points if he has seven and a half, or five points if he doesn't.
★ The rest of the players, get -5 points if their number is higher than 7’5, or -1 if they stuck with what they had.
