Step By Step Guide To Install My Eczema Tracker using BlueStacks

POEM is an eczema tracker app based on a validated questionnaire which will track how your / your child’s eczema has been over time. There are 7 questions about how often you/your child has experienced symptoms over the last week with the option to note anything important that you want to remember, such as starting or stopping a treatment. By completing the questions once a week, you will get a complete picture of how your / your child’s eczema has been, or you can just fill it in occasionally if you prefer.
Results for the last month, 3 months or the last year are available to view and you can show these to your doctor or nurse when you see them if you wish.
