In this post, I am going to show you how to install MVSR Attendance on Windows PC by using Android App Player such as BlueStacks, LDPlayer, Nox, KOPlayer, ...

All you need is an emulator that will emulate an Android device on your Windows PC and then you can install applications and use it - you see you're playing it on Android, but this runs not on a smartphone or tablet, it runs on a PC.

Step By Step Guide To Install MVSR Attendance using BlueStacks

  1. Download and Install BlueStacks at: https://www.bluestacks.com. The installation procedure is quite simple. After successful installation, open the Bluestacks emulator. It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.
  2. Open the APK/XAPK file: Double-click the APK/XAPK file to launch BlueStacks and install the application. If your APK/XAPK file doesn't automatically open BlueStacks, right-click on it and select Open with... Browse to the BlueStacks. You can also drag-and-drop the APK/XAPK file onto the BlueStacks home screen
  3. Once installed, click "MVSR Attendance" icon on the home screen to start using, it'll work like a charm :D

[Note 2] about Bluetooth: At the moment, support for Bluetooth is not available on BlueStacks. Hence, apps that require control of Bluetooth may not work on BlueStacks.

How to install MVSR Attendance on Windows PC using NoxPlayer

This app records the attendance of your classes, and will generate the XL sheet along with percentage calculated for each student. This XL file can be moved to your mail box for customization if required or directly mailed to your higher authority.

Process
1. Add class button will enable you to add your class ( by subject name or class name 3rd yr I sem) along with its corresponding strength. There is no limit to the number of classes you want to add. Special characters and space is not allowed to name a class, the underscore is allowed.
1.1 To add students to the respective class you can identify them by name or number by selecting the appropriate button. The automatic button enables you feed in the start number and end number to enlist the student numbers.
If the numbers are not in order you add the other numbers manually.
1.2 The next screen displays all the numbers enlisted, here you can add additional numbers manually or delete any number by using a long press on the number. While adding additional students the total should be less than or equal to the class strength specified in the first screen.

2. In “Take attendance” select the class, add all the details specified including the topic and number of periods. Take the attendance by selecting the students present in the class.

3. “View attendance” will display the attendance for the day; edit will enable you to edit the attendance.

4. “Edit/delete” will display all the classes, long press will enable you to delete or edit the selected class.

5. Selecting the class in “Analysis” screen, will display a summary of the class work handled till date. The export file will generate an XL sheet with all the details of the class work handled till date along with the percentage of attendance for each student.
5.1 Enable the specific button on the “analysis screen”, enter the number or the name of the student to know his/her percentage of attendance and the day/days the student was present indicated by a green button.
