This application complies with the task to promote healthy lifestyles through a range of content related to physical activity, nutrition and psychology. Ensures that the user does not lose weight, no cure diseases, diagnosis does not remove or replace the functions of your doctor.

Healthy Mom provides a friendly interface, where they login, receive notifications motivational messages on the working components, messages of each component work, see the activities proposed in each component, perform these activities qualify activities according to Borg scale, perform validation test knowledge gained in the activity, receive completion message to the activity or in case of termination of level- stage, see message indicating advance-stage level, see the level found, test performed to switch-level stage, see their progress, see their achievements, see the user ranking, see the history of activities, send comments and suggestions, see the about of the application.
