1. Set the menstrual start date to calculate the correct expected date of each month.

After selecting the desired date, click the [Set as menstrual start date] button.
※If you set the menstruation start date, the menstrual record is automatically saved.


2. What if the date of ovulation, menstruation, etc. overlap on the calendar?

If multiple start dates are registered within a short period of time, the due dates will overlap.
After selecting the date, click the [Clear menstruation start date] button or select [View] - [View menstrual history] on the main screen to delete the menstrual record.


3. ±7 days from the start of menstruation

If you register another menstrual start date within ±7 days of the menstrual start date, it will be automatically replaced with the new menstrual start date.


4. Automatically change the start date of your last menstrual period

If you register the menstrual start date with a date later than the last menstrual start date, the last menstrual start date will automatically be changed to the later registered date.
