【overview】
This app is a tool that allows you to easily collect radiation dose data measured by ``Radi PA-1100,'' an environmental radiation monitor with communication function manufactured by Horiba, Ltd.
Compatible with AndroidTM8.0 or higher.
【Features】
- Acquire data measured with Radi PA-1100 via Bluetooth communication.
- You can know the dose equivalent rate (microsievert per hour) and annualized dose at the location where the measurement was taken.
- The measured data is saved as a CSV format file on the SD memory card or internal storage, so you can refer to the data later.
- The measured data is saved in conjunction with the location information obtained by GPS, so you can find out where the measured data was taken later.
- Measured data can also be displayed as a graph, so you can see changes in radiation dose data over time at a glance.
- It can be linked with an email app or FTP client app, so measured data can be sent to a server, etc.
[How to use]
- Press "Settings" from the menu and select the PA-1100 to communicate with.
- Press "Start measurement" from the menu to start acquiring data from PA-1100. Press "Finish measurement" to finish acquiring the data.
- If you press "Graph" from the menu, a graph screen will be displayed and you can see the change in dose over time. If you press "Status" from the menu on the graph screen, the digital display screen will appear.
- After measurement is complete, press "Send data" from the menu to send the measurement data to the server via email, FTP, etc.
【important point】
- This app performs Bluetooth communication with Radi PA-1100. When communicating with a Radi PA-1100 that supports Serial Port Profile (SPP) communication, use a device that supports SPP, and when communicating with a Radi PA-1100 that supports Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) communication, use BLE. Please use it on a supported device.
- Please perform pairing (mutual authentication) with the Radi PA-1100 that will be the communication partner in advance. If you are asked to enter a passkey (PIN), please enter "0123".
- If the GPS function is not enabled on your device, location information will be obtained from the network (mobile network/WiFi). In that case, the accuracy of the measurement position may deteriorate.
- If files are not displayed when connected to a PC, please restart your Android device.
- Please use this app with this app at the forefront during measurement. This app may close if another app is displayed in the foreground.
- Depending on the type of Android device and OS version, an SD memory card may be required.
- Please do not use this software if your Android device has insufficient memory capacity.
- Please read the PA-1100 instruction manual carefully before use.
- Operation is not guaranteed on all Android devices.
- We recommend using a device with a resolution of 800 x 480 or higher.

- When switching between multiple Android devices for one PA-1100, connection may fail even if they are paired. In that case, please perform pairing again.
- Due to the characteristics of Bluetooth, communication may be interrupted due to calls, Wi-Fi communication, or the influence of nearby electronic devices. Please turn off Wifi for stable communication.
