In this post, I am going to show you how to install L'Intrus on Windows PC by using Android App Player such as BlueStacks, LDPlayer, Nox, KOPlayer, ...

Before you start, you will need to download the APK/XAPK installer file, you can find download button on top of this page. Save it to easy-to-find location.

Below you will find a detailed step-by-step guide, but I want to give you a fast overview of how it works. All you need is an emulator that will emulate an Android device on your Windows PC and then you can install applications and use it - you see you're playing it on Android, but this runs not on a smartphone or tablet, it runs on a PC.

Step By Step Guide To Play L'Intrus using BlueStacks

  1. Download and Install BlueStacks at: https://www.bluestacks.com. The installation procedure is quite simple. After successful installation, open the Bluestacks emulator. It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.
  2. Open the APK/XAPK file: Double-click the APK/XAPK file to launch BlueStacks and install the application. If your APK/XAPK file doesn't automatically open BlueStacks, right-click on it and select Open with... Browse to the BlueStacks. You can also drag-and-drop the APK/XAPK file onto the BlueStacks home screen
  3. Once installed, click "L'Intrus" icon on the home screen to start playing, it'll work like a charm :D

THE RULE: To locate the INTRUS is to place the letters indicated on each of the rows, columns and big diagonals of a grid (4x4, 5x5 and \ or 6x6) and to identify the INTRUS.

INFO: The INTRUS can be read from left to right on the rows and large diagonals and from top to bottom on the columns. The levels are: Novice, Junior, Senior, Intermediate and Expert. One solution per game. A new game every 3 or 4 days. If automatic updates are enabled, any new updates will be automatically downloaded and installed. Can be played on phones and tablets; click the icon corresponding to your device.

THE GAME: To place a letter in a box or return to the white box, activate the box to play and click to the desired letter. The ¨Pause¨ icon (for some games with a 6x6 grid) makes it easier to focus on the key-box to play. Click on this one to play the desired letter or on the small icon in exergue to erase it. Master boxes in blue frame can not be modified. To identify the INTRUS of a grid, click on the ¨Identification¨ button and on each letter of your word. To compare your choices, click on the button labeled "InTrus", which is sometimes accompanied by a reference to the source or an explanation of the rule, words or expressions used.

This game consists of orienting all the compasses towards the 'Nord'.
