For a refreshing dip in the water, a healthy mind and a healthy body go to The Fens in Dongen (near Tilburg and Breda). The exercise and health center is located in a wooded area with a jogging track, a sand drift and a boating lake in the immediate vicinity.

The Fens has a leisure pool, a sports pool, an outdoor pool and two paddling pools (indoor and outdoor). The recreation of The Fens is known for miles around Dongen as a fantastic playground for children. A spectacular waterfall, two hotwhirlpools, a genuine turbo shower and accessible from the inside pool with an exciting rapids. The sensational slide with a length of fifty feet do the rest!

Beside the pool is located in our building a fitness center where you will be guided by professional instructors, a large sauna area and a paramedical center. In The Fens can go from 0 to 100 years, pregnancy swim to move for the elderly in the water but also in our fitness room. For the little ones there baby, toddler and infant swimming and of course we give swimming lessons at The Fens. Since January last 12-17 years young people can also go for KidsFit, a custom-tailored fitness program!

So the Fens is the ideal place for healthy and relaxation! Come along sometime, you are welcome at The Fens!
