“Reading the game” in sports. The user makes a choice based on colors. You can use a random order or a permanent order of colors. Time intervals and sound (on/off) can also be set. If you need an advanced method you can combine mobiles for color combinations and choices.
You can do reaction training or reflex training based on your own choices of color as symbols for a specific response.
Interval training. A green color is shown for the first interval and a red color for the second. The time for each interval lap can be chosen. You can also choose if you want a beep between each interval.

Examples:

• 10 exercises of 40 seconds each. Choose 10 colors and set the timer to 40 sec. Change exercises when the color changes.

• Two teams playing each other. After having played for 1 min they need to take a break for 45 sec. Set the first interval to 60 sec and the second interval to 45 sec. Continue for as long as you want. The screen stays activated during the activity.

• An athlete has 4 different tasks he is going to do represented by 4 colors. Choose 4 colors and choose the timer interval. To make the session even more difficult, choose a random order.

• A martial artist who reacts to different colors on random. Choose settings based on the athlete’s level.

In summary: Just by changing some settings you can accommodate the goal for that training session. No matter if the goal is reaction training, brain training or “reading the game” training, Blinker can help you achieve a good workout.
