If you enjoy the feeling of giving or receiving gifts for birthdays, holidays, or just because, then GiftThis is the perfect app for you! The GiftThis app provides the easiest way for you to share your gift wish lists with your friends and family while helping you organize your gift shopping.

When you open GiftThis for the first time, it will automatically create a gift list for you that is shared online and linked to the username you create. Then, other users can look you up by username to follow your gift list and see what you want. If you want to make it so only certain people can see and follow your list, you may add a secret code that needs to be entered by another user before following your list. It is easy to find gift lists for your friends and family, and by following those lists, they are shared to your home screen.

It is then super simple to add items to your personal list. Besides giving your wished item a name, you can optionally add a price, a link to a website, notes on info like size or color, and a rating to say how badly you want an item.

GiftThis has many additional features to make your gifting experience simpler:

Claim Items - When a user puts an item in their list, another user who follows them can claim the item. This will send the item to that user's shopping list, and it will make it so other people following the list can't claim the item. This means no more duplicate presents! Don't worry though, the list owner can't see that the item is claimed, so it’s still a surprise.

Manage Budgets - GiftThis makes it simple to budget your gift spending. You simply create an event for a person and specify your budget. You can then track your progress after buying a gift by marking the item you claimed as purchased in the shopping list.

Keep Track of Gifts - Once you've claimed an item, GiftThis lets you keep track of if it is purchased, wrapped, or already given. After you've marked an item as purchased, you can send it to your archive so you can easily look up what you got for a person during previous years.
