Getting started with Pushup workout?

Umm.. Well Great!!
So lets join hands to get the best out of you with the best workouts. Apart from counting and tracking Pushups (you may also call it Dand some variant as Hindu Pushup)we have a few special features for you:

- Workout with phone or device screen off (can really save some battery!!!)
- Never miss your workouts with Reminders.
- Multiple workout options
* just Record
* set maximum number of Repetitions
* set Time Limit
* make your own Plan with multiple sets (available under Programs section)
- Enable Double-Clicking to prevent accidental button clicks during workouts.
- Continuous audio feedback (can be turned on or off)
- Haptic feedback through Vibrations.
- Keep the Screen-On option in settings continuously if you phone lacks a proximity sensor.

Thinking How-To-Use???
Well that's Easy :)
Just get into pushup position and keep the your awesome android device under your chest or stomach (don't forget to press the Record button) and the app will count your pushups.

Make sure while doing pushups you get down as far as possible, as the minimum distance required to detect pushup depends on your device.

Does your phone lacks a proximity sensor and you still want to use the app??
No problem. You can do so in any of the following ways:
1. Just let the app track the time of pushups, and you can later edit the count yourself manually ( hey just don't misuse this!! ).
2. Or you can enable the Keep-Screen-On feature from the settings. This will prevent your device from going to sleep during workout and you can count pushups by touching your Forehead or Chin or Nose on the device screen while going down.

Happy Pushups :D
