About us?

Ecoguia an app that through innovative technologies we offer solutions for the sustainable development of the planet, committed to the preservation of the environment.

Our goal is to reduce paper consumption, generating in our APP new communication alternatives and thus reduce the consumption of business cards throughout South America. The green color of our planet gives immense beauty and happiness to all human beings we must preserve it and take advantage of the most effective and less polluting means of communication that exists such as the internet. That's why we say "less paper more life"

Ecoguia is made up of a group of young students all linked by the same affinity "The preservation of our beautiful Planet Earth" wanting to leave our trail as leaders in preservation putting our grain of sand with technological ideas which will help a bit to be reduce the felling of trees for the manufacture of paper for things that can also be borrowed digitally, this is one of the projects that we have for this contribution to our beloved land.

First detail of the day.

The "information status" or other content posted by the user in the ECO GUIA ECUADOR APP, "under its discretion or direction" more technically speaking, will be considered published content and not personally identifiable information subject to this Policy. We go by parties, what are the "announcements"? According to the Terms of Use, your app. But the ECO GUIA ECUADOR APP has the highest degree of interaction that allows you to contact them via email. In fact in the blog it is not even possible to make comments. Therefore, although "ECOGUIA" expressly refers to its website, there must be something more. The issue is that ECOGUIA has more "sites" in addition to the web, its profile on Facebook and Twitter, and there I do believe that this forecast would make sense.
In other words, what this condition is saying is that the comments that I as a user (of the Internet understand) make on Facebook or Twitter of ECOGUIA, are not subject to this Privacy Policy when they become "published content" (a see if we discover what that is throughout the Policy) and not have the consideration of personally identifiable information. There is personal information or not in those comments.

What happens is that just in the previous paragraph said exactly the opposite, ie, that any status provided through the sites of ECOGUIA that includes personal information, was subject to this Privacy Policy. That is to say, if I, not being a user of ECOGUIA and therefore not having accepted this Privacy Policy, I asked them a question on their Twitter or Facebook and thus revealed a personal information (for example my email), that data was subject to this Privacy Policy. Something that did not make much sense to tell the truth.

Therefore, the second paragraph is automatically excepted by this third party regarding the fact of the information published on the ECOGUIA sites, consisting for now on its website but above all in the Twitter and Facebook profiles. So if we publish in those places something that contains personal information, is not subject to this Privacy Policy. In the background is logical this forecast, which did not make sense was the second paragraph.

A classic of any policy, this can change or be revised periodically, something that will be indicated in the text. How to know about these changes? Visiting this page a lot to detect the changes. If we continue using the services of ECOGUIA it means that we accept the Privacy Policy and its future changes.
