This edition, called "study" is the result of a careful process of adapting to the current Castilian of the revision made in 1960 of the King James Bible and Cipriano de Valera. Returning once again on the text of that classic was born with the dawn of the seventeenth century, has tried to meet three objectives:

    Put the biblical message of life and hope to reach the Hispanic reader, regardless of their place of origin, nationality and language peculiarities.
    Maintain, if possible, a structure dependent and proximity regarding language key characterizing the original version of Queen and Valera.
    Offer a wide range of knowledge that will facilitate the approach to geography, history, culture and circumstances that occurred in the message transmitted from one generation to another by the Scriptures to the reader.

To serve this purpose, the text has been carefully analyzed and retouched where demanded the drafting of the 1960 revision, although it has been avoided with extreme rigor introduce any changes, either lexical, stylistic or other measures, which do not seem sufficiently justified. In this respect, serve as an example the case of proper names (including including Jehovah), whose transcription has remained unchanged from the review referred; or also the use of the personal pronoun "you", which is not only peculiar to that edition, but, in general, of the King James tradition since its inception.

The configuration will allow you to resize letters and reading mode (Night and Day).
