ULeap Applied Skills – learn functional skills and concepts specific to an area of work, such as cybersecurity, workplace health and safety.

ULeap (Learning Enabled through Active Participation) enriches learning communities through courses delivered in bite-size and trending discussions. To address the challenges of learning today, e2i pilots a new learning platform – ULeap, set to revolutionise learning. The mobile learning platform aims to create a speed-to-market ecosystem where knowledge partners and a community of learners learn from each other to deliver bite-sized and just-in-time knowledge to expedite training.

Content is curated by Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs) and professional bodies addressing demands under these three skills pillars – Applied Skills, Professional Skills & Workplace Skills.

The creation of a speed-to-market ecosystem is to reduce the typical 3 to 6 months needed for development of courses. Knowledge partners in-tuned with the learning community through ULeap and can construct knowledge regularly to meet the industry demands. Community of learners share and exchange knowledge with each other, with knowledge partners stepping in to validate content. Knowledge partners benefit from hearing directly from the learning community in ULeap and can then create short training modules promptly to stay relevant to workers and industry.
