It enables communication directly to the General Council of Social Graduates moving in real time through instant messaging. It is a one-way communication channel, while the Social Graduates can respond when they are asked a question.

Messages can be in multiple languages, and may contain attachments (Pdf, Photos, Videos, etc).

Always encrypted data travels therefore is safer communication system between the Council, Colleges and Colegiados.
