The Delhi Development Authority has invited the online and offline applications for the allotment of the Residential Flats in Delhi. According to the notification released by the DDA, there are more than 12000 flats, including surrendered/abandoned flats to be allotted. The DDA Aawasiya Yojana 2017 is linked to the Credit-Linked Subsidy Scheme which falls under the Pradhan Mantri AWAS Yojana (Urban).

The application submission started on June 30 and will remain open until August 11. The Result of the DDA Housing Scheme 2017 (DDA Aawasiya Yojana 2017) Draw will be declared in November 2017. As per the expectations, more than 50 lakh applications will be received by the Authority for the Lucky Draw.
