In this post, I am going to show you how to install IV TRUFES on Windows PC by using Android App Player such as BlueStacks, LDPlayer, Nox, KOPlayer, ...

Step By Step Guide To Install IV TRUFES using BlueStacks

  1. Download and Install BlueStacks at: https://www.bluestacks.com. The installation procedure is quite simple. After successful installation, open the Bluestacks emulator. It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.
  2. Open the APK/XAPK file: Double-click the APK/XAPK file to launch BlueStacks and install the application. The TRUFES (Robotics Tournament UFES) is a competition that aims to spread regionally and nationally robotics, enabling students to put into practice the learning acquired in the courses of Engineering and Computing. Encourages participants to search for new knowledge with the fi ality to solve a challenge and compete against teams from other universities.

It is organized by Robotics Team UFES - ERUS - with the support of the students PET (Tutorial Education Program) of Computer Engineering, the Departments of Computer Science and Electrical Engineering and other teachers of the Technological Center. The realization has the support of the Federal University of Espirito Santo and in this fourth edition, also has the support of SENG.
In its 4th edition, the challenge is in a rush to robots with sequences of obstacles, in which each robot must remain on a treadmill without colliding with the side, dodging obstacles to a time limit. The sequence with which the obstacles are arranged on the belt can be de fi ned by the public through an application.

Remember, the robot must be autonomous, able to navigate the scene and complete the task without any human interaction or external equipment such as computer, phone, tablet, radio, among others. The main aim of the competition is that terrestrial autonomous vehicles are produced (UGV - Unmanned Ground Vehicles) capable of carrying out the challenge and adapt to any imperfections in the environment.

The competition jury will be composed of teachers with experience in robotics competitions and Robotics Team members UFES (ERUS). During the event, teams will receive scores according to the objectives met and there will be prizes for the best teams.

The event will take place in front of the university theater of the Federal University of Espírito Santo between 11 and 15 September 2017, hosted by the Engineering Week.
