Shaykh Ahmad al-Mesbahi is one of the best born of Yemen in the 20th century.
His full name is Ahmed bin Mohammed bin Ismail al-Mesbahi, born in Al-Mesbah, and Sabab Al-Saffal, Dhamar district on the eighth of the first spring of the year 1396 AH, corresponding to the eighth of March 1976. He is married, has three sons and is currently residing in Sana'a.

He grew up in the confines of his father the mark of the jurist Muhammad bin Ismail al-Jahmi al-Mesbahi, may God have mercy on him, from Bani al-Jahmi. They are a well-known scientific family whose relation is related to the great companions of Abu Musa al-Ash'ari. At the hands of his father, Ahmad al-Mesbahi completed memorizing the Koran at the age of twelve.

He studied the Holy Quran and its sciences, and the doctrine and jurisprudence of Shafi'i and its origins, and modern and terminology, as well as mastered the Arabic language and poetry and the principles of handwriting and calculation and dictation.
Ahmed al-Mesbahi traveled between a number of Yemen's regions to seek knowledge. He fled to the city of Zabid and studied at the hands of the mufti of the city, Muhammad ibn Suleiman al-Ahdal (may Allaah have mercy on him). Then he went to Sa'ada where he received the modern knowledge of Sheikh Muqbil bin Hadi al-Wadai. In the capital Sana'a, which requires the mark of Yemen Judge Mohammed bin Ismail al-Omrani for nearly ten years.

He studied at the University of the Faith and took on the top scientists such as the mark Dr. Abdul Karim Zaidan, who commissioned him on his behalf in the teaching of graduate students in the master's and doctorate in the jurisprudence of Hanafi and contemporary fatwas.
Ahmed Al-Mesbahi was a graduate of the Institute of Al-Hajar in Taiz, an official institution. He received his bachelor's and master's degrees and a doctorate from Al-Iman University with an excellent grade. He also holds more than 30 scientific degrees in various Arab, Islamic and Islamic sciences .

Sheikh al-Mesbahi held many functions and functions. He was a professor of Fiqh Hanafi and contemporary Fatwas at Al-Iman University. He was a preacher in the mosque of the lamp in Wasab and a professor of jurisprudence and its fundamentals at the University of Andalusia in Sana'a. He also participated in several seminars, conferences and television programs inside and outside Yemen.

He was also a poet and a poet. He organized 100 magnificent houses for the jurisprudential issues of Judge Muhammad bin Ali al-Shawkani. He also published a collection of researches and works, including the conditions of the word Tawheed and the milestones in the path of science. And "the refinement of the signs of the hour".
